Red vs Blue

For Phase 3, MCR.TEST tried something new. The community was divided into two groups — For and Against — and put through a series of structured debates on questions that don't have easy answers in the testing world.

Each round ran through three phases: a discussion phase where groups prepared their arguments, a debate phase where they actively defended their position, and an open discussion phase where everyone could drop the debate hat and talk honestly. The format sparked some of the liveliest exchanges the meetup had seen, with BrightHR's Cheetham Hill offices providing the space — and the food and drinks.
